Joe has been building homes in Louisville since 2001. Before that, he spent four years on a framing crew while in college, giving him an appreciation for the process and a ground-level understanding of how a home actually comes together. As a licensed CPA, he brings a level of financial discipline and transparency to every project that gives clients confidence throughout the entire process. Along with a dedicated team of project managers, a designer who works closely with every client from start to finish, and a trusted network of subcontractors, Joe Kroll Builder has everything in place to bring your vision to life.
